If a lawyer slips and falls or is in an auto accident does he hire a lawyer?
Or do lawyers usually only have other lawyers represent them in criminal or ethics matters? I know he could represent himself in a civil damages/personal injury claim, but would a lawyer normally? Like mentioned above, he could represent himself in a criminal proceeding, but that seldom happens, even if a criminal specialist themselves.
