in a civil case, if your lawyer forgets to submit your evidence before handing it over to the defense can you?
file an appeal? the case was dismissed because the lawyer didn’t submit our evidence and the judge had to dismiss our case because of it. Our baby died not long after leaving a doctors office from dehydration. Please help me figure this out. Thanks Tammy

Does the judge look badly on a defense lawyer that does not submit all his evidence at one time?
For example, Pl has a complaint, and Df submits an answer. Pl amends complaint, Df submits more evidence with answer. Does judge look poorly on this?
