I signed some medical records release forms?
I signed medical release forms for a lawyer regarding a car accident. Will they be able to get my psychology notes that I consider very private and have nothing to do with my injuries. They are held at the same clinic and are about 10 years old!

If prosecutor and defense lawyer agree for release is it likely to happen?
If someone’s bond is revoked (questionably) and after thirty days the prosecutor and defense attorney reach an agreement that bond should be reinstated and that the individual is not a threat to society if the judge likely to agree with this arrangement and allow the defendent to return home and await trial?
