I live in Texas as well as got the sheet 2 months ago as well as was postulated paid in instalments showing definition which if i do not get an additional sheet with in 90 days it will be dismissed… however i only perceived another… i have listened of people profitable the counsel to presumably “work deals” with the judges to get something discharged or reduced… any one know what the counsel could presumably do for me? Is it value it?

You pretty much got your deal with the deferred dispostion. I used to be a law student, and from what I can tell you your best bet is to accept responsibility for what you did. Once you get a deal like that and you mess up again, a judge is going to be much less likely to want to give you another chance because in his eyes you already got a second chance and you kind of messed it up. A lawyer will charge you more than what it is worth (remember for them they won’t do anything unless the make some money), and you will probbaly still end up paying a fine. Call the judge and see if you can talk to him yourself, accept responsiblity, admit you messed up, and maybe lighten up on the foot a little bit. Good luck to you.
