WHAT DO YOU THINK OF A LAWYER WHO TELLS AN OPPOSING PRO SE PARTY THAT IT IS OKAY TO IGNORE A DEADLINE?

If the counsel says which the time deadline imposed by the decider in an sequence is “flexible.” what would we think?
Would we consider which the counsel as well as maybe the justice would be tortuous the created Rules of Court upon alternative matters, so which the pro se chairman would have no approach of meaningful what the genuine operational manners were? How mostly do lawyers wandering from adhering to proceedural rules, as well as have been they customarily authorised to do so if the have been move opposite the pro se party?

The pro se party is a goat in a field of lions. He has to know his own way around the system or get really put upon by legal tricksters like the one you have described.

I’m afraid that is business as usual. There are no flexible deadlines. Either you make it or you drown.

Happens all the time… everybody tries to get along to get things done, especially lawyers.

Guess I’m in the wrong legal arena. I do not know what a pro se party is, but don’t US lawyers have ethical rules which they have to follow?
