WHAT DOES LEGAL IMMIGRATION HAVE TO DO WITH ILLEGALS?

I keep conference people wanting to shift laws as well as do things who’s outcome unequivocally relates usually to authorised immigrants as well as not illegals. How does interlude all immigration assistance stop bootleg immigration? It bothers me when people costume their anti-immigration bulletin with fighting illegals.

Very little. I agree that legal immigration is fine. We just need to get a hold on the illegal situation.

Well….it’s both immigration? That’s about it. I agree! I don’t have a problem with immigration as long as it’s legal.

if the INS is overwhelmed and is unable to keep track of those they allow in the US……then i agree…..stop it all right now, until measures are in place to ensure national security

Legal Immigration has zilch to do with ILLEGAL ALEINS who have awarded themselves with Identity theft and other Crimes against Americans and Legal Immigrants. Illegal Immigration is a dire Threat to Security, the Health and Welfare of Legitimate Americans!

I ran into a lady that was Legal, who was crying about same name Identity theft. She was arrested for something an Illegal did using her name and Identitifying information! I have no compassion for the Crooks, thieves and Liars that think this is a Victimless crime that ruins lives, your credit and good name.

As a Victim of it myself for years after the initial police report I am still trying to get my credit and life straight because of those types of Jackasses! By the way they still have not found the crooks, they always find the real person and ruin their lives! May Congress and those wanting to give all of them Amensty Face IMPEACHMENT and be deported right along with them!

The illegal immigrants entered our country in violation of the existing laws on immigration. The laws on immigration have been in the book for a long time. All we need to understand is why the government does not enforce those laws against people who have been in our country illegally. That is how “legal immigration” relates to the issue of the “illegals.”

It also disgusts me when illegal aliens are classified as “immigrants”. They aren’t immigrants. They are migrants.

I have not heard anything at all about stopping immigration. The trouble is with those who sneak over here, take up space, and then try to change our country to be more like theirs (say speaking Spanish, and wanting us to learn it to talk to them).

Illegal immigrants need to get legal. That’s all. We don’t need to send them back unless they are breaking our criminal or civil laws (other than the immigration status). They use our benefits like low income medical, low income housing and such, which the money could be used to help those unfortunates who actually were born here.

Then they have babies over here and use them as an excuse to stay.

I asked a young man who is in the Marines if he was American or Mexican. He was born in Texas, but he replied to me that he is Mexican. No, Mexicans are born in Mexico. Americans are born in the US. I think he was confused, and that is the trouble with this whole thing…… everyone is confused.

Immigration is not the problem, ILLEGAL immigration, those who stow away on ships from China, those who walk across the Rio Grande, those who skip on down from Canada (are there any illegals from Canada?) are the trouble. Not the heritage, not the ancestry, not the country of origin, but ONLY that they came over here by breaking laws.

There is a huge difference, and everyone should start trying to understand it.

Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. Zero tolerance for immigration-law violators! No amnesty, no “stealth-amnesty.” No “change of status,” marriage fraud, “exceptional leave to remain,” no “Temporary Protected Status.” If you break the law, depart or be deported. Illegal aliens kill more US citizens each year than the war in Iraq has killed in four years. Apologists for illegal immigration like to paint it as a victimless crime. But in fact, illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population–the poor, minorities, and children. Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants willing to work at substandard wages and working conditions depresses the wages of American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees. Illegal immigration also contributes to the dramatic population growth overwhelming communities across America–crowding school classrooms, consuming already limited affordable housing, and straining precious natural resources like water, energy, and forestland. Taxpayers are being forced to pay for the free health care, education, and other welfare programs being given to illegal aliens; Those tax dollars could be given back to U.S. taxpayers or used to keep our borders secure; They may be here illegally, but they sure know how to “work the system” to collect “free” medical care, “free” education, “free” food, Section 8 housing vouchers and other housing assistance, and hundreds of other social services. It costs citizens additional hundreds of billions of tax dollars at every level: local, state, and federal. It gobbles up billions of our charitable contributions. And much of that money ends up siphoned out of our economy and into offshore accounts. Illegal aliens, over half of whom work “under the table” with neither job nor income reported (nor taxed), are not counted as employed or unemployed. But some of those day-labor and off-the-books “job-lets” would be “real” jobs – available to American citizen job-seekers – if employment regulations were enforced. Illegal aliens can get away with tax evasion, et al., which citizens cannot. In short, we have too many workforce entrants and too few jobs created. The ratio works out to roughly 7-10 workforce entrants per job created. If all illegal aliens depart or are deported, all legal immigration halted, and all temporary employment visas abolished, we still have a problem with more US-born workforce entrants than new jobs created. Illegal immigration damages our country and our citizens every day at every level. And not even the attacks of 2/26 and 9/11 have awakened many Americans to the vast dangers illegal immigration poses to our selves, our families, our communities, our society, our values, our principles, our civilization. Zero Tolerance for Immigration-Law Violators! We must remember the lessons of 2/26, 9/11, and the costs we bear every single day. God Bless the U S A !
